Hello, recently I purchased goods for 220 euros, wall paint, professional seller, insured shipping, quite expensive; the goods are delivered damaged, I sign for the reservation and the delivery person gives me certainty that the refund is expected because the damage occurred during shipping, which was indeed insured; I request a refund, PayPal makes it a condition that I return the damaged goods in order to get it: moral of the story, I would have had to spend more money (not few and non-refundable) to return them and obtain the refund. I refused because I find this is a system that does not work. The seller behaved unfairly, acted as if nothing had happened, hid behind PayPal's policies and kept the shipping refund for himself.
