Shipping with Ebay was impossible today. I had to ship with other services.

·3 years agoBeing asked for the password is often due to cookies.
Sometimes it can be fixed by deleting eBay cookies.
If you have adblock/ublock or similar, temporarily disable it on
https://spedizioni.ebay.it/private
because it might block the cookie banners, and so by not authorizing them they aren't accepted, and therefore not saved, thus getting stuck in a login loop.
You can also try logging in from a guest browser session, which doesn't contain extensions or custom settings, but is a clean temporary profile.

·3 years agoI also ran into the same problem this week. I entered the password and the system kept asking me to enter the password again. CONSTANTLY! I wasted an hour, I removed the cookies (with CCleaner), but it didn't help at all. I don't know what adblock/ublock are or how to remove them. I had to ship two packages with Sendabox. Much more expensive, but I had no choice. If Ebay doesn't fix the problem soon, I'll have to stop using it and sell with other systems, like Subito, Vinted, etc...

·3 years agoagreeing that the Ebay shipping manager had and has problems (more than one.....), but in this case what does Ebay have to do with it, since Packlink is the manager?

·3 years agoIt definitely matters, I specifically mentioned Subito, Vinted and similar sites, which offer shipping through carriers they choose and, of course, very cheap ones.

·3 years agothe reply shows a very limited view of how to sell on Ebay : if the seller gets stuck just because the platform’s shipping carrier doesn’t work and has never considered alternative ways to ship....... ( which do exist..... just do a little search on Google)

It’s not just sendabox, just type "send package" into Google and among the first 10 results you’ll find equally valid services like spediamo.it / spedire.com / ioinvio.it/ paccofacile.it / spedirecomodo.it
It’s always a good thing to have an alternative shipping provider when eBay’s one isn’t working properly.
In the end the prices are more or less aligned, for a package up to 3 kg it’ll roughly cost +/- 7 ~ 8 euros with home pickup.

·3 years agoGood evening friends, since it’s been more than a month that on Ebay, the same problem keeps happening with the shipping service. I enter the password and the system asks me to enter the password again. CONSTANTLY! I got the idea to ask you Ebay sellers whether you use the shipping service linked to the Ebay portal, the one that starts from the listing and prompts you to "PRINT THE LABEL", does it work for you? Or, as happens to me, does it just keep asking you for the password. Bye

It’s getting harder and harder to use eBay since it split from PayPal, it’s a mess.
If this keeps up . . .

·3 years agoMe too today, June 11, I'm experiencing the same problem. I enter the password and it takes me back again to the password entry screen.
I chatted with eBay and they suggested I contact paclink support...

·3 years agomore often than not, the E-bay shipping manager ( see Packlink ) on Sundays has ( and has had .... ) some problems.......

Sometimes it happens that after certain hours some Italian postal services are not available on ebay spedizioni and you have to wait until the next morning to buy the label.
What kind of problem did you have? With which service in particular?

Shipments with Ebay, were impossible even the next day, both in the
morning and in the afternoon. I had to ship with other services.
