Shipping from China

Question

Good morning everyone, I recently placed my first order on eBay. The package is coming from China and this is the tracking: EE10026631608980001040003D0D.

I was also given another tracking number related to PostNL (UT613617433NL), but I’d like to understand one thing: is the package already in Europe or still in China, and has the parcel been handed over to PostNL to handle later in the EU?

I’ve read some negative reviews about PostNL online; could someone who has used it tell me what it’s like?

PostNL has a contract with the Chinese courier Speedpak for customs in the Netherlands and subsequent delivery in EU countries.

The two codes are on the same shipment.

In fact, both say: Pre-declaration of the item has been received by customs Netherlands
