Shipment handled by eBay stopped for invalid address - Traveler Hold
Hi, I'm waiting for a package from the USA handled by E-bay with PITNEY BOWES courier, and for 3 days now this shipment history has been showing up in the shipment status (I'm leaving out the earlier steps:
- Fri. 1 Mar.12:42Traveler Hold
- Fri. 1 Mar.12:42Traveler Hold-INVALID_ADDRESS
has this happened to anyone? how did you resolve it?

probably on E-bay they didn't change it for me.. but even with that code I can't find it on the parcel tracking sites.. not even on their PITNEY site they put it but if I do the tracking it says nonexistent

·2 years agoThe code doesn’t add up for me; the international program shipments should be EEUS.....
You can still try: https://pages.ebay.it/international-shipping/
where it says that Any questions or doubts you may have after the sale should be directed to eBay customer support.

OP2 years agoThe package is already at the international shipping company’s facility in the USA (Illinois), so I imagine the invalid address is mine, but I checked the shipping address I entered at the time of purchase and it is correct.

·2 years agoWhich of the two addresses is incorrect? Does the package still need to be delivered to the international shipping company's office, or has it already arrived in Italy and the invalid address is yours?
