Good morning everyone, I’m writing to you about something rather strange that happened. A few days ago, a buyer contacted me about purchasing a graded card (value €200) We agreed, he wanted the package insured because he was afraid something might happen. I told him it had never happened to me for a package to get lost or anything like that. I told him that with insurance it would cost more and, in the end, we agreed on the regular one. Yesterday the package was out for delivery in the morning; in the afternoon, the tracking code says ‘shipment checks are in progress. contact support‘The buyer contacts me and tells me that he contacted Poste Italiane and they told him that the package is lost and that I had to proceed with the refund.Now, before doing that, I contacted Poste Italiane and they couldn’t tell me anything; they just told me to contact eBay. All of this seems a bit strange to me can you give me some advice?I need to contact eBay support again
