Shipping to Croatia with eBay shipping.
I need to ship a laptop replacement part to Croatia
I usually use UPS for shipments outside Italy, but in this case the shipping costs are these ones you see in the photo......
Alternatively, there is BRT International, which I HAVE NEVER USED.
Has anyone here used it already? How was it?
Thanks for any replies.
Best regards.

OP2 years agoThe shipment was delivered today, June 12, 2024
I have to say I was quite surprised by the delivery speed.
2 working days is a timeline for a shipment within Italy / Italy.
The BRT~DPD network seems to work just fine......
The courier came by to pick it up, respecting the scheduled times.
This is the tracking
In conclusion, it is the cheapest international shipping service I have found.
If I hadn't had that problem with UPS, I would have kept using UPS, paying a few euros more in difference.
A fast and efficient service definitely worth considering.
But I don't think I'll abandon UPS for the same rate (1 or 2 euros more for UPS).
Best regards.

OP2 years agoI wanted to let you know that I’ve gone ahead and purchased the BRT label for shipping to Croatia.
The label is not generated IMMEDIATELY, but it takes a little while.
I generated it on Sunday at 5:00 and after a few hours it was available for printing.
The label is the same as the Italian one in shape, size, and content, so it lacks the sender’s address and the recipient’s details.
I booked the pickup for tomorrow, June 10, and the courier should come by between 14:00 and 18:00
I’ll let you know about this service.
Kind regards.
P.S. I ALWAYS recommend also entering the sender’s and recipient’s full addresses, including the phone number, because ALL THIS TECHNOLOGY doesn’t always work properly and these devices often jam or don’t pick up the signal, so it’s better to also have the ANALOG address printed and attached to the package.
