Multiple shipping, how does it work?
A user bought two items from me, these two items are in two respective listings, so I'm wondering how shipping works in this case, because until now I have always shipped only one item at a time.
If I go to the "sales" section, as you can see from the screenshot I attached, it gives me the "mark as shipped" option, but there isn't an entry for entering the shipping code.
My question is this: is a shipping code necessary for each of the two respective products, or can a single tracking number be added for everything.
Thanks everyone.

·2 years agoIf the buyer paid 15 euros in shipping for each item, for a total of 30 euros, rather than a single combined shipment by putting everything in one package, it’s better to make two separate shipments to avoid possible disputes.
At most, send one shipment but with two parcels (the tracking code stays the same), putting the items in two separate packages.
With this option you save a bit compared with two separate shipments with two different tracking codes.
Kind regards.

If only everyone were like you...
Unfortunately, I’m noticing that even here there are some users who don’t really know common sense...

Anyone who provides help/support/assistance on the eBay Italy forum does so on a voluntary and free basis, so rather than nothing, something is better than nothing.
Also because if the forum were run by official eBay support, it would turn into the stripped-down version of phone support, and many questions asked would go unanswered and/or would not get the answers people are looking for.
"if they didn’t exist, you’d have to pay them or beg them to stay here on the forum" (never mind the ranking of the "BEST"....)
In any case, on eBay there is direct / indirect moderation that effectively steps in on off-topic / text / place posts.
Often even without a direct report, off-topic or out-of-place replies are effectively removed by the moderator.
Kind regards.

·2 years agoIf you click on "get a shipping label" you can purchase the label and the tracking code is then entered automatically.
From a smartphone the functions are limited, but if you log in from the desktop web browser you can access a whole range of additional features including manual entry of the tracking code.
Kind regards.
