Good morning,on September 4th I purchased a shipment to Germany that was regularly picked up from my home on September 5th. It arrived at the local branch, then from there to the north hub and has been stuck there since September 5th.I bought the label with paccofacile and immediately opened a ticket that has been in progress since the 8th. I still haven’t received any information about the package. Luckily I insured the package for its full value (1250 euros), but by now I’m also afraid that in case of loss I won’t even see the insurance money.Has anyone ever been in a similar situation? In case of loss, were you able to receive the insurance money from paccofacile?Thanks
