Registered shipment from Germany - long delivery times
envelope sent on 09/03, registered at the German Post logistics center on 11/03. To this day, no further scans and in Italy. I thought that in 4 days it would be in Italy. What experiences have you had?

·2 years agoThe discussion title says "registered mail" and "long times" and you, reading it, immediately think about how to help the user so they can open a dispute.
Then you go and read it and discover that the issue being disputed is the fact that only "ONLY" one week has passed....

OP2 years agoI wrote that it must be in Italy in Peschiera in 4 days and not that it must be delivered.
Furthermore, I would like to point out that the stated times are for delivery in 6 working days, plus the acceptance day.

·2 years agoI like it when people ask for something, unfortunately they get an answer they don’t like, one person does it, then two, then three different people... and yet these people are stoically convinced they are in the right; evidently anyone whose experiences differ from wishful thinking must come from another planet. 😄
Paradoxically, an unregistered one from Germany would have taken less time (maximum 7 working days according to my previous experience).

·2 years agoI'd say that in communities (in general) it's a classic...... so classic that (....hypothetically.....) I bet a pizza with a friend of mine on the (possible) reply of the original poster and (....still hypothetically.....) I guessed the answer...... a pizza that (....still hypothetically....) I "cashed in" over the weekend.......

·2 years agoIt could also be that it arrives in Italy in 4 days, just as it might not......
If in Germany the service states 6 days for delivery, you should eventually contact the seller, who, if they have the time and willingness, will check whether there are grounds to file a useful complaint that produces some kind of compensation.
Regarding any complaint on ebay, you must stick to the estimated delivery times provided by ebay.

·2 years agoFour days to get there? If all goes well, even a registered letter within Italy takes 4 days (unless it’s a Registered Mail 1).
As the other users suggested, you’ll have to arm yourself with a lot of patience; if you wanted such a quick delivery, you should have chosen courier shipping.

·2 years agofor me, from Germany, a registered letter last November took 31 days to arrive, the tracking status started moving again after 25/26 days of nothing

·2 years agoyou're optimistic and maybe also a little impatient 😁 registered mail is as slow as crippled sloths and once they arrive in milan it's even worse. 4 days for it to arrive from germany is absolutely impossible

As for ebay, you are given an estimated delivery date.
From that date onward you have 30 days to open a claim for item not received.
