WRONG SHIPMENT OR THE SELLER'S TRICKERY?
On 17/2 I ordered and prepaid for an ACCU CHECK ROCHE GLUCOMETER Model "Guide" supplied with test strips in the package (I am diabetic). Yesterday, 21/2 BRT delivered me the package containing a completely different glucometer (model Instant) and completely without the strips that are obviously essential for measuring glucose (I had none at all). I sent the return request and of course I also expect a full refund. But now I’m thinking that the seller probably wanted to palm off on me a product that’s no good, is of inferior quality and is missing a key accessory. the glucometer is NOT a toy and we need it for important checks: do they know that ????

·3 years agoHi, there are weird people in the world and anything is possible, but with eBay’s “rules” it’s really quite unlikely that a seller (especially a professional one) would pull stunts like that... they’d only have things to lose! It’s much more likely that they got mixed up with the addresses and sent you the product meant for someone else and vice versa... things that can happen!
As already said: wait for the seller’s “reaction” and then, if necessary, ask the site to step in!

If you’ve opened a return request, wait for the seller’s instructions... if they do nothing, ask eBay to step in... you can do that 3 days after opening the request.
Kind regards.
