Shipping without tracking
Hello, I bought some covers for a few books from Germany, the shipment was sent without tracking and the last available day for delivery is (was?) today. If it is not delivered today, how should I act? Would waiting past the date make me lose any possible refund?

·1 year agoafter the last delivery day you can open a claim for item not received, the seller will be informed of this, after 3 or 5 days if you haven't resolved it with the seller (or you haven't received the item), you can ask for direct intervention from Ebay. A dispute remains open for 21 days then it closes automatically. Instead, you have 30 days to open the dispute from the last date for receiving the item.
You decide whether to open it and leave it dormant there (if then you close it for item received the seller should not suffer any penalty), or wait until Monday before opening it...

OP1 year agoI'm inclined to wait, also because they're custom-made, so from tomorrow until January 10th do I have the option to mark the item as not received?

·1 year agoPersonally, for a standard shipment without tracking in Italy, like a posta4, I would wait 15 days.
Considering that the shipment comes from Germany......
From the last day of the estimated delivery date you have 30 days to open a claim.
