eBay shipping
Good evening, I’d like to know whether any eBay seller has had the same bad experience with the ebayspedizioni.it site
We’ve been shipping with this site for over two years, and we’ve never had any kind of problem until today.
While we were buying our shipping labels, we got disconnected. We tried to log back in, but nothing. We thought it was an error or a temporary issue, but from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. this morning the problem persisted, so we wrote an email to Packlink customer support, which replied to us like this. I should mention that we also notified eBay about this, since on Packlink Pro Plus we’re not blocked and we shipped normally, so it seems more like a dirty trick by ProPacklink since I don’t ship with them but with eBay.
Has this happened to anyone else? Do you have a solution for it?
Or should I consider my account blocked forever?

Thank you for contacting us.
After reviewing your account status, we are sorry to inform you that it is blocked because it did not pass the risk analysis carried out in accordance with Packlink’s Terms and Conditions.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with further details about the criteria used in the analysis, as they are strictly confidential to Packlink. By way of example, though not limited to, the risk analysis is not passed in the case of conduct that, in the site’s judgment, is contrary to the Law, Packlink’s Terms and Conditions, the regulations of its partners, or that does not ensure the proper functioning, image, credibility, and prestige of Packlink and/or its collaborators.
If you have a shipment still in progress, and it has not yet been claimed through the Support Center in your private area, reply to this email indicating the Packlink reference for the shipment and the action you would like to take. As soon as we receive the details, we will process your request.
Kind regards,
Veronica

·2 years agoUnfortunately I can’t find it anymore, but I had read about a similar story on the famous review site (the one with the green star...) regarding a similar mishap that happened to a user but with UPS.
The guy in question, despite having a direct account with UPS, used Sendiroo for shipments (another Spanish broker like Packlink) because it cost him less than going directly through UPS (clearly he wasn’t generating interesting “numbers” with the latter).
Sendiroo kicked him out for reasons similar to those mentioned above.
It should be noted that ALL shipments made through brokers are actually (for the couriers) made by the broker itself, with pickup at the person buying the shipment: so the couriers know where they are going to pick up and whether they have them as a “customer” as well... and so they “reprimand” the broker itself, which, just to avoid losing the contract, cuts its own customer’s legs out from under them....

·2 years agoHi, I’m in your same situation, today I received the same communication from ebay packlink. but has it been understood why this is happening? Can it be unblocked?

·2 years agohard to say......... in the past have there been problems with the eBay shipping provider regarding disputes? anyway, as Mario also pointed out, there are not only them as shipping brokers on the web and shipping contracts can also be made directly with couriers in the case of professional sellers......

OP2 years agogood morning, actually we have direct contracts with both SDA and BRT, but the prices charged by eBay shipping for BRT are by far more convenient than a direct contract.
this is because BRT, in addition to the normal price, calculates lots of extra fees such as ZTL, ISTAT, fuel, disadvantaged area, so in the end a shipment starts at 3 euros and ends up at 10 euros....
whereas with eBay you only pay what you see and that's it, and there aren't all those rip-offs that BRT pulls on you....
what are the other brokers similar to packlinkpro?

·2 years agowithout getting into the specifics of recommending this or that carrier and/or broker, just do a simple search with a web search engine ....... then, often, arm yourself with patience and ask for quotes, also obviously based on the volumes handled in terms of shipments.....

·2 years agoThe relationship is directly with Packlink, eBay has only signed an agreement and created the link for automatic label generation.
So much so that there is no obligation whatsoever to use this service, there are several brokers and pro services from the major couriers.
