Ebay shipments - No response to the ticket
Good morning,
I made a shipment through eBay to send a package to Spain (it's one of my personal items that I had to return at my own expense.)
I sent everything through the BRT courier, the tracking shows it as delivered but the recipient tells me that nothing was received at the warehouse, so he is asking me for the proof of delivery (POD).
Now, yesterday morning I opened a ticket at spedizioni.ebay.it to request the POD, and so far no response... Is it possible for the ticketing service to be this slow? I need to send the POD urgently otherwise I don't know where my package ended up, with the risk of having lost money and the product..

OP1 year agoExactly... the seller asked me for the POD to check where it was delivered, etc., so I hope eBay helps me out here even though I’m paying 5 euros since it’s BRT, but I’m not getting any reply...
In the meantime I’ll try contacting AliExpress support yet again and see a bit...

·1 year agoIf you contact eBay support they can’t help you.
eBay Shipping is a service managed by Packlink, so you need to contact them.
If they haven’t replied to the ticket, try reopening it with another response, but I hope you haven’t told them about the AliExpress issue, because otherwise I don’t think they’ll reply to you since it’s not a shipment for an item sold on eBay,
In the ticket you simply had to write: Dear Packlink, the buyer states that they have not received the item, while the tracking shows it as delivered. I need the POD for this shipment; if possible, could you please let me know the procedure and the costs. Thank you. Kind regards.

OP1 year agoBut keep in mind that it’s not an item sold on eBay... I only relied on eBay for shipping a personal package of mine that I had to send to Spain, and as a result I chose the BRT courier.
Keep in mind that it’s a package I bought on AliExpress and that I had to return at my own expense... Now the seller tells me that according to the tracking it shows as delivered, but the warehouse hasn’t received anything..

·1 year agoI understand, you used eBay Shipping because of the competitive rates.
The AliExpress seller is trying to be sneaky, hoping to get away with it, so you need to see whether AliExpress policies allow him to claim a return as not received when the tracking shows the opposite.
Maybe you should get in touch with AliExpress support because, in my opinion, the seller is being sneaky.

OP1 year agoYes, I saw from the section that they want 5 euros for the POD, but that’s not a problem for me. The thing is that if I try to open a complaint it tells me there is already a ticket for that shipment, but the problem is that no one has replied to me since yesterday morning... I don’t know what else to do, there isn’t even a phone contact...
I wanted to try calling eBay by phone, but I think they are two separate things..

·1 year agoeBay support is not the right channel, even if you call them they can’t help you because it’s a Packlink matter.
Anyway, if the buyer decided to open an eBay complaint for an item not received, the delivery as shown in the tracking is USUALLY accepted as valid.
So the fault should be attributed to you as the seller.
If the tracking shows the item as delivered, in case of a dispute contact eBay right away by phone and point out that the item shows as delivered according to the tracking.

Contact packlink from the spedizioni.ebay.it site by sending a ticket or contact them directly from the packlink site by entering all the shipment details for the one you made on ebay.
