Shipping times, how to set them correctly?
Hello everyone,
I've been trying to set up shipping times for a while, but I can't get them set properly.
Basically, whatever express shipping option I set (1-2 business days) with same-day packing times, on the product page the estimated delivery times it gives me are almost a week. I've tried every possible way, entering any kind of express shipping, but nothing.
How can I do this?

·2 years agoFirst of all, congratulations on being one of the few (I’d say the only...) authorized Lidl retailers of Parkside-branded products! 🙂💪
That said, the system shows next Monday as the delivery date and that’s correct: two days in transit plus one for packaging (obviously Saturday and Sunday don’t count toward the total).
As a "private" seller (though it’s strange being an official dealer...) I’d say that’s very good!

OP2 years agoHi,
even though it isn’t indicated and the sale takes place as a private user, I have a regular VAT number and obviously pay taxes on all sales.
That said, getting back to shipping, I often see listings from other sellers where the estimated delivery times are even 2 days from the date the ad is viewed, then in my case not on a specific day but as you can see from a delivery date ranging between “a certain number of days”

·2 years agoIf you have a VAT number, you must use a professional account.
By law, every listing must include: the VAT number and your contact info. You are required by the consumer code to accept returns if the buyer changes their mind, you must provide invoices on request, and you must provide legal warranty.
Moreover, using a private account, with more advantageous rates, implies evasion of ebay fees and unfair competition toward other professional sellers.

OP2 years agoIf we already offer returns, product support, and an invoice for warranty, shortly we will set up the online shop….
as for the topic, can you give me some guidance?
