Ticket with status "Processing in progress" for hours
Recently there have been some changes in the services offered by ebay shipping and today for the first time I tried the standard poste italiane one - home delivery for €4.19 (€5.11 with VAT).
The payment for purchasing the label was approved normally but the label has been processing for hours. This had never happened to me before today with the old poste delivery services, so I wanted to understand whether this was a general error with this new service or if it's only happening to me.
Has anyone ever tried it or had problems with the label processing for hours?
In that case tomorrow morning I'll open a ticket with packlink but in the meantime I wanted to start looking into the possible cause.

The labels that are generated on eBay Shipping are generated immediately.
So if you’ve had problems with the label, you need to open a support ticket to have the label generated manually.

I’m reporting this NEWS about eBay shipping manager: the postal shipping service has been added / updated, starting from 4.19 + VAT, which provides delivery directly to the buyer’s home.
