total payments sold not matching
Good morning. I can’t find the Eur 4 discrepancy between the total sold, shown on the screen on the
platform in the "Sales" box, and my own personal calculations reported in an Excel file. I have
reviewed the order calculations in the details over and over again and compared them with mine: if I add up
the gross values, the net values, and the Ebay commissions (5% + 0.35 per sale), they all match
to the cent on both sides, but the displayed gross face value is off by these Eur 4.
I have not issued any invoice, nor have I made any refund, nor do I have any pending items, all my sales went through successfully, all regular. Where is the snag with the 4 euros ?

·2 years agoGood morning,
on the following page you can find all the transactions on eBay:
Seller Hub | All transactions | eBay
If you created listings with paid options or anything else, you'll find it written there.
Kind regards.

OP2 years agoI've never created any paid listing or anything else, and I certainly never received an email and/or message
from Ebay saying they would charge me € 4 for some options I applied to listing X.

·2 years agoBut in fact eBay doesn’t warn you if you create a listing with options and accept it upfront!
So please check the link indicated in the previous reply.
Kind regards.

OP2 years agoPlease ignore what was written above. I got lost and made the wrong calculations. The point is that these Euro 4 are not a debit but are additionally credited by Ebay on the total gross value of the merchandise sold, shown in the "Sales" field of 'My Ebay'.
