OP11 months agoI wrote to him. He had sent me a photo of the package saying it had been shipped that day. It's been 5 days and still no tracking.

·11 months agoThe seller should BE WORRIED if after 5 days the package is still not registered in the courier’s database......
Anyway, eBay gives you estimated minimum and maximum delivery times.
If the last useful date of the maximum delivery estimate has passed, you can open a claim for an item not received.
After that, the seller has to sort out the situation within a few days.
If they don’t, eBay refunds you.

·11 months agoIt could be because the seller provided tracking on eBay but has not yet physically shipped the package.
Why don't you try contacting the seller directly?
Because it could also be due to an error when entering the tracking information.
