International shipping tracking

I'm writing to ask the community if it's common to run into issues with tracking international eBay shipments from the USA. At the moment I'm waiting for a package that is due to arrive in about a week (according to the main tracking screen the package is at the eBay international shipping center), but when I click on the shipment details, shipping data from late July/August appears... and that's not possible because the seller handed the package over to eBay last week... I don't understand. It seems like information from two different shipments.

·5 days agoYou should have received a second code like EEUS..... tracking code used by the eBay International Shipping program (eIS).
Check your order details on eBay to see if the second code has appeared.
