Good morning everyone, I made two shipments to Germany with Spedire.com by Alsendo using their SPEDIRE PRIORITY service, and they were both regularly delivered. The only problem is that if I enter the shipment number, eBay tracking does not activate, because the Spedire/Alsendo carrier is not on the list. It recognizes the shipment as completed and I get paid regularly, but in my orders it still shows "shipped" instead of the green check for "delivered"; has anyone managed to solve this? If I use Poste or DHL, everything works normally, but in that case the carrier is on the list. Thanks everyone

·8 months agoEbay uses a common tracking search engine to monitor shipments, I don't know which one, but usually engines like 17Track, Parcelsapp, Trackitonline, etc... are able to intercept the tracking for almost all couriers.
Probably this courier's communication format is not compatible with the standard adopted by ebay.
