Tracking not updated
Good morning,
I sent a package with DHL Express via Packlink.
I entered the shipment number and tracking number, the item was shipped and delivered with confirmation from the buyer, but the tracking on eBay is not updating. What should I do?

if you entered the tracking and the courier name correctly, eBay does everything... but if you made a mistake in entering some information, you can't correct it.
But that won't help to unblock the funds, because you're a new seller and the hold is preventive for at least 15 days.
