The two-dimensional code received via Posta 1 shipping, is it valid as proof of delivery in the event of any complaints?

OP3 years agoBut it’s not very reliable as proof of delivery... I received a few items with Posta 1 and by entering the two-dimensional code on the Poste shipment tracking site, the shipment shows as delivered but the location doesn’t match my town. If Ebay accepts this code as proof of delivery, with Paypal I don’t think it counts as proof of shipment or delivery since it asks for certain conditions:
In any case, with Paypal you could open a dispute/claim for an item not received, correct me if I’m wrong.

As for paypal, I don't know whether it's possible to open a dispute for a posta1 that was delivered.

·3 years agoOn eBay it is valid as proof of delivery.
So if the tracking shows that the delivery was completed, you cannot open a claim for item not received.
Best regards.

The best thing would be to attach:
