eBay purchase transaction denied, but amount charged to Postepay | Payments and Shipping

Hello to the whole Community,I’ve been using eBay for many years, but I’ve never had anything like this happen to me.This afternoon I was planning to buy an item on eBay. After making sure I had sufficient funds on my Postepay linked to payments, I placed the order, which at first seemed to go through successfully. A little later, I received an email saying there was a problem completing the purchase and to try again. Strangely, though, I also noticed that the charge on the Postepay had gone through, but currently there is no trace of the transaction in the transaction list because it is presumably still being processed.Now I have tried to contact Postepay customer service without success, as well as eBay’s, but since it’s already after hours, I’ll have to put it off until tomorrow.In my purchases, the item bought isn’t there, but it has remained in the cart. My question is: will the money be automatically reversed, or do I need to file a claim?Thank you in advance to everyone for the help.
