Scammed by the buyer? Or by eBay?
I want to tell you about my bad experience with this malicious site. I sold an item to a completely normal buyer, payment through eBay. I shipped the package by creating the label (using eBay's service), so I simply clicked CREATE LABEL, prepared the package, SDA came.. after a few days I see that there is an error on the delivery (it was at a parcel locker point). Checking the address given by the buyer, I realize that it is wrong.. there is a code before the street, let's say, and so the label was generated with an error.. in every way I try to contact Packlink through eBay but nothing, I can't get it delivered, meanwhile the buyer opens a dispute for undelivered package, absurd also because I had been talking to him for a week with photos etc. I contact eBay, they reassure me that the error does not depend on me but on the buyer who wrote the address wrong. ok, after a few days eBay closes the dispute in favor of the buyer with a refund at my expense.. absurd, meanwhile my package for 10 days says in transit returned to sender........... I call eBay again and appeal. without any information they close my appeal confirming the decision. totally surreal..... I have been an eBay customer for many years, never a problem.. always honest.. I don't understand if I was scammed by the buyer or by eBay?... in any case, once this thing is over, I will put the whole story on YouTube, I have saved all the photos chats calls and of course I will delete this piece of crap site, I give you some advice, don't use it and above all don't link your account to it, regards.

·1 year agoWhen a shipping label is generated incorrectly/poorly/with errors, packlink must be contacted immediately to report the problem and get a correct label sent.
If you shipped with a shipping label with an incomplete address and/or one that does not match the one visible on ebay, the seller is responsible.
Shipping labels do not have unlimited characters / space, so you need to check the label before shipping and not complain after you have shipped.
Kind regards.

·1 year agoDid you check that the address on the label generated by eBay matched the one visible on eBay?
Is your shipping address as sender correct?
What was eBay supposed to refund you, sorry?
In 15 days you'll have your item back.
Best regards.

·1 year agoIn the meantime, you're still active on eBay...
All you had to do was check the label carefully before shipping and you would have solved the problem yourself... if you signed up to use Fermo Point, you need to know how it works... the eCP code, the longer address, etc...
Let's say you basically scammed yourself, which can also happen on other marketplaces.
Maybe it's best not to spread anything, because you'd only be highlighting the fact that you don't know how to use eBay.
Have a good day.

·1 year agoNo one told you because you were supposed to know it yourself!!
A strange address with an alphanumeric code preceded by eCP didn't make you think of anything?
You offer the "Pickup point" option and you don't even know what it is?
If I'm being a know-it-all... I'll get over it... but the problem is yours!
