Use the proceeds from a sale to buy

Good evening everyone,I just made a sale and I see the payment in "total funds". Is it possible to use it to buy something else on eBay, or do I necessarily have to link a bank account in order to use it?(I've been using eBay for many years, but the last sale I made was a long time ago)Thanks!

It no longer works like before, when by linking a Paypal account the funds you had on Paypal could be used to make other purchases on eBay or other sites.

Now eBay transfers the funds to you only if you link a checking account or a card with IBAN such as postepay evolution. These are the new mandatory rules since around mid-2021. If you don't link a checking account or one card with IBAN, you will never see your money. In my opinion it was better before, but if they've decided this, either you adapt or you no longer sell on eBay.
