Using certified email as a shipping method
Hello, I’m asking for help from you sellers: is it possible to use the Raccomandata Online service via PEC as a shipping method for an order? If that isn’t possible, is there a super cheap shipping service to send a letter? Obviously a shipping method accepted by ebay. Thanks

·1 year ago….. Furthermore, only pre-authorized professional sellers by ebay can sell keys in digital format. Then it will be enough to use ebay messaging.
For pre-authorization, you just need to show that you have a regular VAT number and have the concession of sales rights.
