evaluation of international shipping costs
Good morning, I’m asking for help... I’d like to make an estimate of the shipping costs for an item for sale on ebay: the item is already listed for sale (I only sell in Italy) but the customer is asking me to ship to another country. I expected a simulation option but I can’t find it, and trying on packlink gives absurd figures.
Is it just me?

·3 years agoThey already answered you about shipping, but I didn’t understand one thing: you say you sell only in Italy, but that the customer is asking you to ship to another country. But is the customer foreign or Italian and asking you to ship abroad? In the second case, I’d start to suspect a scam. Anyway, remember to ship to the address listed on eBay and not to addresses provided via message by the buyer.

with this account, at the moment, you don't have anything for sale...
On eBay you won't find any estimate, since it isn't eBay that ships but the individual seller, who has to make sure they enter a correct and appropriate shipping cost for the item for sale.
If the estimate on Packlink doesn't suit you, try checking the Poste Italiane website, such as Poste Delivery International Standard:
