unpaid sale ......

hi everyone,

on 11/22 I received an offer of 43 euros for an item I have for sale at 50. I decide to accept it, I get organized for the package, but as of today ( it's the 26th ) no payment has been made and I haven't had a reply to a message where I asked whether any problems had come up... what should I do ???

because a person can also change their mind, but at least let me know, right?

Unfortunately it happens, you can do what heavenwelkin indicated, and also to avoid problems you can block the buyer so that they can no longer buy from your listings.
Let’s say that a mistake can happen, you apologize, you ask for the cancellation of the order (and as a seller it is always advisable to agree to it in my opinion). Another matter if things are done intentionally.

According to eBay rules, after 4 days you can cancel the sale with the following reason: the buyer hasn't paid for the item.

If you prefer, you can send the buyer an email and wait a few more days for a possible reply.

Unfortunately, many buyers take these things too lightly, and my advice is not to take it too hard because these things happen.

Once you cancel the sale, eBay will ask you if you want to relist the item and/or, if it doesn't ask, you can relist the item manually.
