The listing stated shipping via DHL International Paket (I paid 15 euros for shipping for just a few grams), but the seller shipped with Packeta instead.From the tracking, the package appears to have arrived in Italy and was then handed over to Poste Italiane, but since then it seems to have been lost or, in any case, there are no more useful updates. The call center just shrugs.I’d like to understand how to proceed correct...
