Good evening everyone,
today I received a negative feedback from yet another complete idiot.
To sum up the situation: I sold an item in mid-January, it was shipped and arrived fine. Today the buyer contacts me saying he opened the package today (that is, almost a month later) and that the item I sent him is the old model. Why does he say this? Because a few days after the sale I updated the product and, consequently, the photos.
I was sure I hadn’t made a mistake because the two products (the old and the new one) were never on sale at the same time. The new one replaced the old one.
I retrieve the customer’s order confirmation, where there’s a photo of the item purchased AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, which confirms what I’m saying (that is, the old model). He leaves red feedback (to which I reply) and now starts the whole process with eBay to try to get it removed. Now, assuming the buyer is an idiot and whatever...but is it possible that eBay doesn’t protect sellers in any way? The buyer can say whatever he wants, report whatever he wants, and the platform always and anyway says he’s right?

·1 year agoBuongiorno

Senza quel documento, ebay da sempre ragione all’acquirente.

ciao

·2 years agoDi fronte a due persone che "dicono" cose differenti senza alcuna prova, ebay e non solo, danno più ascolto all'acquirente... come si diceva, "il cliente ha sempre ragione".
Un cordiale saluto.
