Help with alleged scammer
Hello everyone, I’d like to know if anyone has ever received a message from
"eBay • custonerhelpnetwork...@...europe.com"
(I didn’t misspell it, and obviously the 3 dots before and after the @ aren’t there)
Because after selling (without being paid) an item, I received an email from this address saying that the money has been transferred and is no longer in the buyer’s account and is being held in ESCROW.
Can anyone tell me whether this is actually a scam or not?

In any case, ESCROW has nothing to do with eBay, so you should be skeptical by default.
On eBay, you and the seller don't have a direct exchange with the payment.
The buyer makes the payment to eBay and then eBay sends the money to you.
If the buyer contacted you asking for your IBAN, ignore it, wait 4 days and if they don't pay, cancel the sale with the reason that the buyer did not make the payment.
