Good evening, I have a question to ask. I sold a porcelain service that really didn’t travel very far; from the tracking it seems to have vanished in an SDA hub. So I followed Ebay’s claims procedure since I shipped with Packlink, and today I was told that the claim cannot be accepted. They didn’t give any further explanation, so by reading the various info at the link they sent me, I found out that they only cover damage/loss on antiques no more than 50 years old. my ignorance, I admit, but then why does ebay have an “art and antiques” section? Antiques only include items that are more than one hundred years old, if I’m not mistaken…
