How to accept a return on a suspended dispute?

Hello everyone, I have a problem to solve.

I sold an item, and the buyer opened a return request because they claimed the item wasn’t the one in the photos.

Obviously I refused because the item was exactly that one, but after 3 days eBay contacts me saying that the dispute is suspended and I have 4 days to accept the return and issue a refund, otherwise I’ll have to refund without getting the item back.

Now the question is: I have the dispute suspended, and it won’t let me take any action, how can I start the return/refund process?

Hi, the same thing happened to me too. The customer wants to return the item to me but eBay sent me an ambiguous message. It wants me to buy a return label but when I try, it says Dispute pending!

How did you solve it? How did you do it?
