Ambiguous behavior on the part of eBay and PayPal
I made a sale on September 3, 2023 (€1600); the seller paid on September 4 at 12:00 and opened a dispute for item not received on September 4 at 18:00 for item not received (the **bleep**o). On September 6 at 8:30 I ship the item with DHL and the item arrives on September 7 at 12:00 but there is nobody there to pick it up, it is picked up on September 0 in Milan Malpensa and immediately the buyer closes the dispute. We are on September 10 of the sale and I still haven't seen 1 euro, I will wait until tomorrow and then I will consult my lawyer.

·2 years agoIt is not clear why a buyer with 232 feedback would open a dispute for item not received right after paying.
Something has certainly happened that is not reported in this discussion topic (argomento).
From the feedback the buyer left you, it seems that the issue was resolved and settled.
As for the money that is due to you, you should read how the new selling method works because, as far as I can understand, you accepted the new rules / selling method without exactly understanding how credits work for new sellers or old sellers who sell irregularly / occasionally.
