It was closed for me today 15 01 2025 while I was shipping the wrong item back to the seller
Ebay closed the dispute, writing to me that I had not provided the shipping code that ebay itself had given me, telling me that I should have shipped the item by 15 01 2025, that is, today.
How is it possible to close a dispute when I was given a date and I fully respected it, considering that the date is today and it is early afternoon
I would like immediate explanations from bay because I believe there is an anomaly.

The procedure requires that you confirm the shipment has been sent by entering the tracking number.
Obviously you didn't do that and the case was closed with nothing to show for it because the deadline expired.
