Discussion: Account Suspension and Documentation Request
Hello everyone, I found myself in the unpleasant situation of seeing my account suspended because I uploaded 3 articles in a short period of time. I provided all the requested documentation, but even so my account was permanently suspended. I’d like to know if any of you have had similar experiences and how you resolved them. Are there any alternative ways to handle these situations? Any advice or experience is welcome.

We on the forum are unable to see which items you had uploaded, so we can't help you. I can tell you, though, that these kinds of drastic measures are usually taken in response to very serious violations (e.g. selling high-value items before submitting the documents for account verification, selling new items, in dropshipping or consignment stock with a private account, selling counterfeit items or in violation of selling rights, etc....).

OP2 weeks agomaybe, but despite this I uploaded the documents as they requested, but that wasn’t enough, are you saying I can’t do anything about it or is there some way I can challenge the decision that was made?

·1 week agoyou can't do anything, you were suspended because the programmed computers detected a risk, it's absurd but that's how it works.
