FEEDBACK COUNTERFEIT?
Good morning, I bought and paid for an item right away, and since I had not received the item and had received no information or clarification from the seller, I opened a dispute and got the refund. When I went to leave the seller negative feedback, I found that he had already been given positive feedback, even in German, but not by me. Does anyone know how to explain this, or who I should ask about it on eBay?

That said, in the case of opening a dispute with a related refund, I DOUBT that you can ALSO leave negative feedback, since the eBay system in this case should act automatically.
That said, it’s not clear whether there was an error/bug between the automatic feedback pages and/or whether it is a new change regarding feedback.
Was the seller by any chance a German seller?
If so, report the anomaly to eBay.

·2 years agoI’d add that if you left negative feedback but it didn’t comply with the rules, it can be removed at the seller’s request, and then you won’t see the feedback you left anymore, only the feedback left by other users.

OP2 years agoBear with me, I didn't insert any feedback comment because I was waiting for the deal to be concluded. When I went to leave my opinion, I found a positive feedback in German.
Please let me know how to report the anomaly to Ebay. Thanks.

·2 years agoOk. I'm going from memory because I haven't done the procedure in months. So go to the Help and contact section, then select the transaction you're having the problem with, it should already show up among the suggested ones, follow the instructions and choose whether to be contacted on the mobile number registered on eBay or to enter a chat with an operator, obviously by now tomorrow morning.
