Negative feedback that I think is unfair, can it be removed?

Good morning everyone, I saw something that caught my attention: a seller (not me) received negative feedback in which the buyer complained that a vintage microphone was “not working” and that they had paid too much for it. The seller replied that the item had been listed as “NOT WORKING, FOR PARTS,” and I was wondering why this feedback, which in my opinion is unfair, couldn’t be removed. Feedback can be reviewed by a human operator but this does not automatically guarantee that it can be revised or removed.
