Neutral feedback reported in account, but nonexistent and not published.
Good evening,
this matter is a bit curious, but maybe some of you have already experienced it.
In short:
I log into my account and notice that next to the sold item, besides indicating that delivery has taken place, it says that the user left neutral feedback.
Okay, quite unhappily I go to read it and, magic, there is no trace of this mysterious feedback, neither from inside the account nor from outside.
My hypotheses are:
- the feedback was blocked by ebay because, perhaps, of content that violates the policy, or
- the feedback is not yet visible in the account, but I don't think that's very likely.
Has this ever happened to anyone here?!

Ebay in some specific cases (when they violate the rules) can automatically remove negative or neutral feedback.
If you go here:
https://www.ebay.it/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Next to the orders you placed in the last 60 days, try to see if there are check marks assigned for the feedback and verify whether they actually appear in your feedback profile.
