seller warranty discontinued activity
Good evening,
I have a question: if I buy a new smartphone from seller X, I have two years of warranty. But if in the meantime the seller stops operating on eBay after a month (for example), what happens? In this case does the manufacturer step in?

·3 years agoThe warranty of the professional seller with legal headquarters in the EU is the legal 24-month warranty and it is mandatory for private consumers.
Alongside this (but it is not an obligation) is the manufacturer's commercial warranty (usually 12 months). In general, the commercial warranty is recognized only for devices officially imported into the EU.
