Hello everyone,I’d like to know if there are other sellers who have more information on how to include all the features and information required by the new GPSR regulations for refurbished products. I have some specific questions:Manufacturer information: When talking about the manufacturer, is it correct to also list the international wholesaler we buy the products from?User manual: Since refurbished products often don’t come with a user manual, where can I find this information? Do I need to create one myself?Safety information: What exactly is meant by "product safety information"? For example, should I include warnings like "do not pour water on a computer that is switched on"? Should I create a specific manual for this?Take-back of used goods: What do the rules on take-back of used goods refer to? We currently do not offer this service, but could we indicate that, if a product stops working after the 12-month warranty period, the customer can send it to us at their own expense for repair, or that we will handle disposal if it cannot be repaired?Economic operator: Can I list myself as the contact for customers in case of problems with the product?I would be very interested in starting a constructive discussion on these topics, as there is currently very little information available.
