Good morning everyone,
I am a professional seller of auto parts and I am trying to get up to speed now with the new regulations concerning GPSR, but I am having a bit of trouble. Since these are used parts removed from various vehicles, I don't have any information other than the codes (when they are still present) on the parts themselves, so it is practically impossible to trace back to the manufacturer and the legally responsible person for the product. In this regard, my question is: is there any way to trace this data?
I saw that some people simply indicate the registered office of the car manufacturer of the vehicle from which the part was removed; would that be enough?
