I purchased 4 120Ah 12V AGM batteries,

Two turned out to be broken right away, I contacted the seller and he told me he would replace them, weeks go by, but nothing, contacted eBay support, they refunded me the cost of two batteries, bought two right away from another seller and they were great. After a month the other two as well (first seller) go haywire, contacted the seller and no response.

What should I do??

On eBay you can't do anything else, it's not a matter of non-conformity upon delivery but you need to invoke the seller's legal warranty. If the seller doesn't want to hear about it, file a complaint with AGCM.
