I bought from this eBay seller
I bought from this eBay seller, with hundreds of positive feedback, but when I saw that the credit card transaction was made in Luxembourg I got worried, I asked for the shipping tracking and I was given a postal code that, however, refers to a delivery different from mine.
How can I make a claim?
Doesn't eBay check?

·3 years agoLet’s say Luxembourg isn’t a popular destination for small-time scammers, but more than anything for multinationals to pay very little tax 🤣😂
So you can rest easy knowing that if you paid someone in Luxembourg, they’re unlikely to be a low-level scammer hanging around eBay.
In Luxembourg there are usually the big fish 😎

If you purchased on eBay and paid with a credit card, the payment was sent to eBay, which is in Luxembourg.
After that, eBay will send the payment to the seller.
So you can rest easy about this.
