I am writing to file a complaint. I purchased an item by mistake. I noticed it and requested cancellation of the order ten minutes after submitting it. E.bay replies that I have to wait three days. On the Cancellation page I read that mine is an "existing cancellation". Elsewhere I read that I have to wait three days. What does that mean? I immediately requested cancellation of the order. The order must be canceled immediately.I await an immediate response from e-bay.Vincenzo Caputo
