Good morningI placed an order and something else arrived... with a lower value and unusable for me.I made several attempts to get in touch with the seller but I was told to contact eBay.I wrote and you replied that it is not possible to get a refund.... okay then send me the item I bought and I’ll return the wrong one.... so I’ve lost both money and the item.... THANKS A LOT.
