I have a question
Buonasera, Well I couldn’t understand when my Feedbackit was 98.6 now I wasn’t having any problem but I got it 97.1 with not having any problems but but every every day it is decreasing why?

·1 year agoThe feedback percentage is the ratio between positive feedback and the total received. So this percentage can decrease both if there are new negative ones and if the total number of transactions over the last 12 months decreases.
To give an extreme example, if you have 9 positive feedbacks and then get a negative, your feedback % is 90%. If in the following months the 9 positive ones drop out of the assessment period and only one comes in (still positive positive), you’ll have just one positive out of 2 total feedbacks and so, even without any further defects, the % drops from 90% to 50%.
