I have a question about an invoice not received from the seller
Hello everyone!
I bought a new and very expensive pump from an eBay store.
At the time of purchase I asked for the invoice and the seller replied, assuring me that they would send it.
Long story short: the item arrived as expected but there’s no sign of the invoice and the seller isn’t responding.
What can I do? Also for the item’s warranty!!

·3 years agoSorry, can I ask how you solved it? I have the same problem. I asked them to send me a copy of the invoice by email or certified email, or a receipt proving the purchase date for warranty purposes, but nothing

·3 years agoThe seller is not obliged to send you a courtesy copy... if you made an express request for it at the time of the order... have you checked in your tax drawer with the AdE?
