Hello, my customer made a return, but unfortunately they sent the package to the wrong address: instead of sending it to Naples, where I am, they sent it to Messina.

·1 year agomissing information: above all it is not indicated whether the buyer sent it back through the eBay procedure (possibly with a label provided by the seller ) or outside the procedure......

The addresses registered on eBay must always be kept up to date.
If the buyer shipped to Messina, it means that in the return procedure done on eBay they were told to send it to the Messina address.
So the buyer in this case is in the right, but........
You need to understand whether someone at that address will pick up the package or whether they will refuse it and it will go back...
But if the tracking shows that the package is not delivered because the address is wrong / incomplete, you lose the dispute.
You should lose the dispute even if the tracking shows that the package is rejected / refused / not picked up.
So see if you can arrange to pick up that package at that address
Then remember to update the addresses on eBay.
