Good morning, as per the subject, on Monday morning I went to my usual BRT Fermopoint to ship two parcels, I’ve used this shop hundreds of times so I wasn’t worried about anything, but as of today I still hadn’t received the BRT pickup email, I went back to the shop to ask for an explanation and the owner had not scanned the code because he forgot, he does it in front of me, I clearly see the app’s green OK. But then, a few hours pass, and I still don’t receive any pickup email, I checked SPAM too and everything. Am I wrong or is the email practically immediate after the scan? What can I do? Contact BRT? I’m already late with these shipments and one buyer needed their item urgently
