In the case of an incorrect purchase, can the seller refuse to accept the return?
A few days ago we bought a hard drive that doesn't work for PS5 and the buyer refused the return. What's more, it was sold as new by a private seller without any sales document. What do you recommend doing?

·2 years agoIf the hard drive was sold as expressly compatible with PS5 (written in the title or description), you can request a return for an item not as described and the seller cannot refuse it (return shipping costs at their expense)
If nothing was written about it and you bought it thinking, mistakenly, that it was suitable for a PS5, you can request a return for change of mind, but the private seller can refuse it (if they accept, the return shipping costs are at your expense).
